NUTRITION MONTH

     Every month of July we are celebrating the Nutrion Month.  The theme for this year was "Pagkain ng gulay ugaliin, araw-araw itong ihain".
     We all know that by eating vegetables and fruits it make our body healthy. Vegetables are packed with nutrients. These are sources of dietary fiber, Vitamin A, B, C, E, potassium, folic acid, iron, calcium. Eating vegetables can give us enough nutrients and vitamins to keep us from sickness but there is also one thing that the vegetables is good about and that is their ability to keep us from aging.
     Our health was very important.  Let us eat vegetables and fruits so that we have a healthy body.

 

STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS OF THE PRESIDENT

      The 3rd SONA of our President is more likely base on what he did last 2nd SONA.  Some people or must say most of them were not satisfied of what he said during that day.
     The State Of  the Nation Address of our President address directly on the problems that we, Filipinos, faces everyday.  The illegal logging, not enough pension, poor health facilities, the Philhealth, NAIA, Norht-rail, the guns and aircraft, cars etc. of  AFP, PNP, PAF and Phil. NAVY and our tourism that say's, "It's more fun in the Philippines".  Is it?  Is it more fun to stay in our country today?  When we look at the whole Philippines the answer is yours.  Until now crime still happened in many places. Poverty feels everyday, especially poor like us.  Now the President scores lower than the first and second SONA that he addresses. Everybody, I guess were not satisfied of this address.

Dear Mr. President,

        I know that despite of your hectic schedule, you're still busy facing national problems all over the Philippines. For that we encourage you to do the best you can to handle them carefully.

        As a president you can't avoid people or other parties to destroy your reputation as a leader but through our prayers we know that you can handle them as well.You are a good and strong man that's why people voted you for that. And hopefully as a leader you will lead us in a wide and straight way through successful, fruitful and honest leadership.

        Rest assured that we're at your back. Your fight is also our fight. I hope that this letter will inspired you to do more good things. I support you. May God Bless and support all your good intentions for our country.
